"I fell in love with hair when I was in middle school and had a super cool Mom who let me experiment with color and make up. I proceeded to get ‘best hair’ in the school yearbook superlatives (although I get a good laugh at the perfectly teased and sprayed poof of hair on the top and sides of my head!) I then worked my way up to the French braid queen for myself and my fellow soccer and softball teammates. My professional career as a cosmetologist truly began when I turned 30 in 2005 and found out I was pregnant with my one-and-only (now teenage) boy, Cooper. It was true love in both my new career and the birth of my son! I have worked in the field of cosmetology since then, and it has been a dream of mine to finally open my very own salon with two amazing partners! I love every aspect of hair including cutting, coloring, and styling. I also specialize in wedding hair styling (both in and out of the salon). Come see me at our new location! I have helped many of my clients work with their natural color so that they don’t have to be back in the salon as often, and feel a true connection with each person that sits in my chair."
